University of Jinan International Exchange Association held a meeting for Moroccan international students. Moroccan students and members of the association gathered together, building a bridge of friendship through relaxed communication and opening a wonderful chapter of cross-cultural interaction.

At the event, members of the association warmly greeted the Moroccan students. The two sides sat around to communicate, with topics ranging from the trivialities of campus life to the cultural customs of the two countries. The international students shared their experiences and feelings since arriving in Jinan, talking about their love for Jinan's food and scenic spots, as well as the freshness and confusion of coming to the campus for the first time. Members of the association patiently answered the international students' questions about study and life, and also took the initiative to introduce information about living facilities around the campus, with constant laughter on site.

In the midst of enthusiastic discussions, a Moroccan student shared his admiration for Chinese food culture after tasting Jinan's special snacks, while association members took out carefully prepared Chinese gifts, such as paper-cutting and bookmarks, to share with the international students. When the students exchanged unique handicrafts from their respective countries, this friendship across distant lands became even more tangible. One student brought a colorful Moroccan headscarf, another displayed a hand-woven small tapestry with intricate patterns telling ancient stories. The association's students also brought symbolic Chinese gifts: auspicious Chinese knots, stationery representing wisdom, and postcards printed with Jinan's scenic spots. The moment of gift exchange was not just about passing objects, but a dialogue of cultures and a fusion of emotions. Everyone's faces were filled with sincere smiles, and the air was fragrant with the scent of friendship.

During the group photo session, Chinese and foreign students stood side by side, and the camera captured smiling faces. This meeting not only helped Moroccan international students integrate into the campus of University of Jinan quickly, but also allowed the association's students to broaden their horizons in cross-cultural communication.
